We continue to provide the best website agent experience for you and your end users. You’ll notice that quite a few improvements have been made to the Dashboard this month, offering you significantly more customization for your specific end-users’ needs.

Widget Updates
- You asked, and we delivered iframe embedding support to enable an iframe reference rather than direct script hosting.
- You asked, and we delivered a persistent Open option to keep the widget open on a page refresh or cookie changes.
- We further expanded the widget color options.
- Human handoff includes a label for notification of human interaction starting and closing. Have you tried using Human Handoff yet?
- Further expanded disclaimer font options to enable bold and semi-bold.
Dashboard Updates




- We’ve added easy navigation options for “Support” and “Recently Viewed Agents,” and we added a search feature to the Conversations tab to search across messages, lead information, and date ranges.
- We improved the Automations styling, separating each option for clarity.
- You asked, and we delivered – you’ll see allowed query prefixes and direct parameters to add additional url query string values into the chat context.
- You’ll notice that there’s now a logout page, making the logoff function cleaner and more obvious when you’re logged out.
- On the Conversations Tab, you’ll see some foreshadowing of new sources for leads. Coming soon: Facebook Messenger.
- Under Integrations, you may see Messenger as a new option. That’s Meta’s Facebook Messenger for a Facebook Business account. It’s not live yet for everyone. If you have Facebook Messenger and are willing to do some product testing, please let us know. Please, let us know which platform you want us to integrate with next.
Backend Updates
- With the new (last month) human handoff functionality, we’ve added conversation id log tracing and sending conversation id tag to human handoff.
- Also, with human handoff, we added backend support for client-side ending of the human handoff chat.
- We added a markdown format remover to outbound SMS messages.
- We added a webhook testing endpoint and refactor webhook trigger for reuse.
